Senior Delphi Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer to support and enhance critical enterprise applications. This role is available on a contract or fixed-term basis through to December 2025, with flexibility to be based in Adelaide or work remotely.

The Role

You will work on the development, maintenance and optimisation of Delphi-based systems within a collaborative technical environment. The position suits a strong Delphi specialist who is comfortable working with established platforms while contributing to system improvements and modernisation.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Advanced experience with the Delphi programming language

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases

  • Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Proficiency with RAD Studio (Delphi IDE)

Desirable:

  • Exposure to C#, ASP.NET or .NET Core

  • Experience with PowerShell or scripting tools

  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps and IIS

  • Experience with CMS or CRM platforms
