The Role:
This is a hands-on Agile Delivery Manager opportunity for a corporate technology function undergoing a significant shift in its ways of working. Embedded within a cross-functional delivery team, you will own end-to-end delivery of corporate technology initiatives, spanning procurement, finance, HR, and risk platforms, while simultaneously driving genuine change adoption across the team. This is not just a coordination role, you will be the person who challenges old habits, builds delivery rigour, and gives teams the confidence to work in new ways. The right candidate is collaborative, assertive, and commercially minded, someone who can push for change without being prescriptive, and who leads by example rather than by authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of corporate technology initiatives across the full lifecycle from inception and scoping through implementation, vendor management, testing coordination, and go-live ensuring delivery against time, quality, and budget commitments.
  • Lead Agile delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery team.
  • Drive change adoption and embed new ways of working across the team, identifying resistance, coaching individuals, and partnering with stakeholders to build lasting delivery capability rather than short-term compliance.
  • Manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations proactively maintaining clear reporting cadences and providing leadership with accurate, timely visibility over initiative progress and blockers.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads, solution architects, business analysts, and release managers to coordinate cross-functional delivery activity and maintain initiative momentum through complex dependencies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery of corporate technology implementations – including vendor management, testing planning, and go-live coordination, within complex organisational environments, ideally with exposure to finance, HR, procurement, or risk platforms.
  • Strong Agile delivery background, with current certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe 6 Scrum Master, DASM/DASSM, or equivalent) and a proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving delivery rigour within teams transitioning to new ways of working.
  • Demonstrated experience playing an active role in change adoption, with the ability to coach, challenge, and motivate team members through shifting delivery practices without relying on positional authority.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to present complex delivery status clearly to senior leaders and the assertiveness to escalate risks and hold teams accountable to commitments.
  • Experience in investment banking, financial services, or similarly complex regulated environments is advantageous, alongside a working understanding of managed services performance reporting and delivery governance frameworks.
