
Delivery Lead / Project Manager
We’re seeking a Delivery Lead / Project Manager to help shape the future of customer experience in digital air travel. In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of core digital features for a global aviation leaders online shopping experience – enhancing everything from price visibility to reward seat availability and points-in-calendar functionality.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver end-to-end digital feature releases across mobile and web

Manage work-streams and dependencies across product, engineering, design, and business units

Drive high-value initiatives like reward seat visibility, pricing updates, and points-in-calendar UX enhancements

Lead and finalise delivery of IFR activities for the native mobile app

Ensure timely, high-quality delivery within an Agile framework

Proactively manage risks, unblock teams, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
What You Bring

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in digital environments

Expertise in mobile app and web platform delivery (ideally in retail or e-commerce)

Strong Agile delivery skills and cross-functional leadership

Experience in Avitaion, Travel, Loyalty or Reward Systems highly desirable

Excellent stakeholder engagement, planning, and reporting abilities
