Talent International is searching for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our client, a large healthcare support organisation. This is a 6-month contract role based in Brisbane CBD.

About the role:
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving the delivery of assigned workstreams and associated supplier contracts for a large-scale ERP Finance & Operations project that includes significant Chart of Accounts changes to existing ERP systems (e.g. HCM, CRM) and new supply chain components (Coupa). The role focuses on ensuring that contract deliverables associated with the various supplier agreements are executed in line with program timelines and obligations. This is a delivery-focused role, providing oversight over subject matter expert activities, vendor accountability, and coordination of internal dependencies. The position is part of a combined project leadership team, reporting to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of assigned supplier contracts and workstreams, ensuring obligations are met on time and to the required quality.
  • Facilitate task planning, status reporting and reviews at a practical level, ensuring clarity of scope and pace of delivery.
  • Consult closely with the project’s Cutover Management and data streams to determine the most effective and risk-managed approach to implemented need changes to Third Party Applications (ERPs) to allow the new Finance & Operations system to go live.
  • Manage and work with a specialist implementation partner (in concert with the project’s organisational change management stream) to introduce major enhancements / process changes to the supply chain solution based on Coupa.
  • Monitor progress, track deliverables, and proactively address risks, issues, and blockers within the assigned scope.
  • Hold suppliers accountable for delivery quality and adherence to agreed contractual commitments.
  • Manage and coordinate dependencies within the workstream and across related streams.
  • Provide clear, transparent reporting on delivery progress, highlighting risks to scope, schedule, or quality.
  • Ensure delivery practices align with enterprise and project governance standards while maintaining Agile ways of working.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience in leading delivery of IT vendor contracts or workstreams within large-scale ERP and/or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain implementations.
  • Experience with large-scale finance system migrations highly desirable.
  • Experience with procurement and supply chain systems implementation, including components such as contracts management, purchasing, and expense management highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and practical experience in task planning, backlog management, and reporting.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to hold external partners accountable to obligations.
  • Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Atlassian desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies within complex multi-vendor environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management disciplines (including Agile) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Healthcare sector experience is desirable, although not essential.
