Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of high-impact digital initiatives across web, mobile, and platform services. This role sits above Project Managers, owning delivery cadence, resourcing, and execution while ensuring alignment between business priorities, customer outcomes, and technical delivery.

You will lead multiple concurrent initiatives, including mobile app refreshes, online portal enhancements, and broader digital and data programs, acting as the key escalation and governance point for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple digital initiatives and projects

  • Own delivery planning, sequencing, resourcing, and execution across the full lifecycle

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and external vendors

  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, and delivery cadence (stand-ups, forums, steering committees)

  • Provide delivery oversight across projects, including risk, issue, and dependency management

  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations

  • Support and mentor Project Managers, providing guidance on delivery best practices

  • Assist with scoping, prioritisation, and onboarding of new initiatives into the portfolio

  • Act as the primary escalation point between Project Managers, senior stakeholders, and program leadership

  • Track, report, and communicate delivery progress, milestones, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and ways of working

Ideal Background

  • Proven experience leading delivery across complex digital and platform portfolios

  • Strong stakeholder management and governance capability

  • Experience working across web, mobile, and data-enabled initiatives

  • Comfortable operating above Project Managers with a portfolio-level view

  • Strong delivery, planning, and resourcing coordination skills
