    Position Overview

    An opportunity is available for an experienced Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a large and complex ERP program.
    Working alongside Project Managers, Delivery Leads and delivery teams, you will provide hands-on coordination across project governance, controls, reporting and delivery assurance. The role is focused on maintaining strong visibility across schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions, while ensuring project information is accurate and supports effective decision-making.
    This position will suit someone who is highly organised, comfortable working across multiple work packages and confident engaging with stakeholders to keep delivery activities moving.

    Key Duties

    • Maintain project schedules, milestones and dependencies across multiple work packages.
    • Manage and maintain RAID registers, action logs and decision registers.
    • Prepare governance packs, dashboards, status reports and other project reporting.
    • Monitor delivery activities and identify emerging risks, issues and concerns.
    • Coordinate governance forums, project meetings and stakeholder workshops.
    • Follow up actions, decisions and commitments to support timely delivery.
    • Maintain accurate and current project information to support visibility and accountability.
    • Review project information and constructively challenge inconsistencies where appropriate.
    • Support project governance, reporting and control activities.
    • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve project delivery outcomes.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of governance processes and project controls.

    Skills and Experience Required

    • Experience supporting the delivery of complex ICT projects or programs.
    • Demonstrated experience in project governance and project controls.
    • Experience maintaining RAID registers, project schedules and reporting artefacts.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination capabilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience preparing governance materials and executive-level reporting.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

    Highly regarded experience includes:

    • ERP or SAP program experience.
    • Experience within Defence environments.
    • PMO or Project Controls experience.
    • Relevant project management certifications.
