Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven optimisation strategies to enhance debt collection efficiency
  • Lead change initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement and performance through exemplary leadership and empowerment
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project commitment and timely delivery
  • Oversee debt forecasting and reporting functions and identifying trends

Required

  • Experience working in debt management
  • Proven ability to foster innovation and consistently drive measurable improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience implementing optimization strategies to enhance debt collection efficiency
