Data Officer
The Data Officer plays a key role in the planning, administration, and governance of special projects and programs. Working within established guidelines, the role exercises professional judgement in applying policies, processes, and rules to support effective project and program delivery.
This position is responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on project data, coordinating large-scale record submissions, and providing specialised support for production order data and document extraction processes.
It is a 8 months contract role offering VPS 3 daily rates.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and support the administration and governance of projects and programs

Monitor project and program performance, including reporting and maintaining accurate project records

Collect, analyse, and report on data related to project outcomes

Provide specialised support for production order data and document extraction processes

Coordinate activities associated with large-scale record submissions
Qualifications & Experience

Advanced computer skills, including demonstrated experience with word processing, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and SharePoint Online

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

High level of accuracy with demonstrated experience in manual data extraction
