We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale business transformation program involving the migration of people, payroll, finance, procurement, and enterprise data into new core business systems. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring data quality, integrity, and successful transition into target platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate data migration requirements, business rules and cleansing requirements
  • Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings and perform data extraction
  • Execute data reconciliation, validation, and verification activities
  • Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues
  • Support testing activities including migration rehearsals, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as a Data Migration Analyst
  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills, with experience manipulating, analysing, and transforming large datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities.
  • Experience working with ERP, HCM, Finance, Procurement, Payroll, or related enterprise systems would be beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
