Role Overview

We are seeking a Defence-experienced Data Entry Officer to support the Supply Chain Data Entry Lead in delivering critical cataloguing and codification activities within the Defence Maritime domain. This role is essential to ensuring accurate data entry, inventory management, and compliance within ERP systems.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on support across cataloguing, codification, and ERP data management activities. Working under the guidance of the Data Entry Lead, you will help maintain data integrity, process cataloguing requests, and support inventory and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in ERP systems for goods under contract
Assist with cataloguing requests and the creation of ERP orders for delivery and receipting into inventory
Support codification activities, including NSN and NCAGE creation and maintenance
Validate supplier-provided data and ensure compliance with Defence standards
Assist with obsolescence reviews and data cleansing activities
Maintain audit-ready records and follow established SOPs for data entry processes
Provide administrative support for warehouse and logistics data integration into ERP systems

Essential Requirements

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
Demonstrated Defence experience using SAP ERP, including warehousing, inventory, and material data functions
Proven experience in codification and cataloguing within a Defence environment
Experience working with Defence logistics systems
