Join our client as a Data Analyst and become a vital part of their customer and product team. In this dynamic role, you will analyse and interpret data that directly influences digital initiatives and supports data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with an exceptional group of people and leverage tools like Power BI and SQL to drive the creation of new customer-facing applications and products.

You will play a key role in helping the business gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences, informing the development of innovative products and services, as well as enhancing existing offerings.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
  • Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Python, particularly in data analysis and validation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Databricks for data preparation and analysis.
  • Understanding of medallion architecture and ELT processes.
  • Experience in digital product analytics is a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in data analysis related to customer behaviour and preferences is advantageous.

  • Ability to comply with organisation policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and escalating data-related risk issues.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
