D365 CRM Practice Director

A Microsoft Partner and repeat client of ours is hiring for a D365 Practice Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the CRM practice through consultative sales, including performing detailed discoveries and prospect demos, and assisting with proposal development
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and advancements to expand practice offerings
  • Architect end-to-end CRM solutions, including data models, workflows, integrations, and customizations
  • Leading the resolution of complex technical issues and support escalated challenges
  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their strategic goals and objectives and their business functions to become a trusted partner on initiatives
  • Direct project teams at a high level to ensure results are delivered and provide mentorship when opportunities for improvement are presented
  • Ensure that projects remain on time and budget
  • Support sales efforts by performing discoveries, demos, and assisting on proposals when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other modules
  • Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, etc.
