D365 CRM Practice Director
A Microsoft Partner and repeat client of ours is hiring for a D365 Practice Director.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the CRM practice through consultative sales, including performing detailed discoveries and prospect demos, and assisting with proposal development
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advancements to expand practice offerings
- Architect end-to-end CRM solutions, including data models, workflows, integrations, and customizations
- Leading the resolution of complex technical issues and support escalated challenges
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their strategic goals and objectives and their business functions to become a trusted partner on initiatives
- Direct project teams at a high level to ensure results are delivered and provide mentorship when opportunities for improvement are presented
- Ensure that projects remain on time and budget
- Support sales efforts by performing discoveries, demos, and assisting on proposals when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other modules
- Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, etc.
