Team: Regional manager with dotted-line collaboration to global IAM teams
Salary: Up to $180,000 + Super
The Opportunity
Our client, home to some of the most iconic artists, labels, and creative teams in the world, is seeking a CyberArk / PKI Manager to lead and evolve their global Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, with a primary focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and PKI services. This is a people-leadership and technical-hybrid role, providing the opportunity to shape IAM strategy, mentor a distributed team, and represent identity products across APAC.
You will be responsible for delivering a scalable, automated, and secure PAM program, while bridging technical and business stakeholders to translate complex identity challenges into actionable solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the regional and global IAM team, mentoring engineers and prioritising CyberArk/PKI initiatives.
- Shape IAM strategy, focusing on automation, AI integration, and future scalability of identity programs.
- Manage CyberArk suite (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PTA) and PKI tools (Keyfactor, Venafi, Microsoft ADCS).
- Guide privileged access controls, identity lifecycle management, and compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other standards.
- Collaborate with Security, HR, and Application teams to align identity solutions with business operations.
- Act as the IAM subject matter expert for business stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear outcomes.
Tech Stack & Environment
- PAM Tools: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea
- PKI / Certificates: Keyfactor, Venafi, Microsoft ADCS, DigiCert/Entrust
- Automation / Scripting: PowerShell, Python
- Infrastructure Integration: AD, MDM (Intune/Jamf), IAM/IGA (SailPoint, Okta preferred)
About You
- 7-10 years in IAM, with 5+ years direct CyberArk or equivalent PAM experience.
- Proven leadership of distributed or global technical teams.
- Hands-on, strategic “player-coach” profile-able to mentor engineers and engage execs.
- Strong understanding of PKI lifecycle, certificate management, and automation.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
- Energetic, proactive, and strategic mindset with focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Defender, CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator preferred.
