Our Client
Our client is a statutory agency tasked with the significant responsibility of protecting Australia’s national interests from foreign threats. As well as collecting and analysing foreign intelligence, our client provides information security services to the Australian Government.
The Role
Our client is looking for multiple Cyber Threat Analysts and Security Operations Analysts. The successful candidate will need to understand cyber intrusion activities then use their research skills to provide reporting on threat modelling and intelligence.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accountable to prepare and deliver very complex briefs and cyber threat intelligence reporting
- Identify and undertake very complex research and analysis of relevant cyber threat actors
- Conduct and mentor others in the analysis of cyber threat event data
- Assess and evaluate cyber threat intelligence strategy, initiatives, projects, policy and procedures
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking threat intelligence/modelling tasks or threat assessments.
- Demonstrated experience in the creation and maintenance of cyber security threat reporting.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in analytical tools and techniques used to develop cyber threat activity assessments.
- Certification in CREST Registered Penetration Tester or CREST Registered Threat Intelligence Analyst desirable.
