About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of a Cyber Security Outreach Program aimed at strengthening responses to cyber security incidents and cyber-enabled fraud. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of cyber resilience by engaging with diverse stakeholders and promoting education and awareness through innovative initiatives.
Your duties will include:
- Identifying targeted audiences and stakeholders for outreach programs.
- Designing and delivering tailored cyber security awareness campaigns, training, and educational content.
- Coordinating and leading workshops, webinars, and community events to promote cyber hygiene and best practices.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outreach programs are delivered across various mediums.
- Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of outreach programs and implementing improvements.
- Translating complex cyber risks and trends into accessible messages for stakeholders.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in cyber security.
- Experience working within Australian Government organisations.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering cyber security outreach programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
