The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Cyber Security Adviser to play a critical role in the delivery of a major enterprise ERP transformation program. Working across business, technical and vendor stakeholders, you will provide expert security advice and assurance to ensure the solution is designed, implemented and transitioned into operations securely and compliantly.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide cyber security advice throughout the ERP program lifecycle, from solution design through to go-live and operational transition.
  • Develop and review security architecture, cloud security controls and risk assessments across Workday, ServiceNow, AWS and Azure environments.
  • Produce security documentation including risk management plans, security assessments, accreditation artefacts and security recommendations.
  • Support security testing activities including penetration testing, vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners to provide security assurance, technical guidance and strategic advice.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience providing cyber security advice on large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of security architecture, cloud security and secure integration patterns across AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with ServiceNow security and platform governance
  • Experience with Workday security (highly desirable)
  • Expertise in Australian Government security frameworks including ISM, PSPF, Essential Eight and IRAP requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust principles and privileged access controls.
  • Experience preparing security risk assessments, accreditation documentation and security assurance artefacts.
  • Ability to assess vendor security documentation and provide practical security recommendations.
