Customer Success Analyst - Palantir Foundry
Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Success Analyst in a 12 month daily rate contract.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving adoption and effective use of the Foundry data and AI platform across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and business, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by enabling them to leverage platform capabilities to generate insights, solve problems, and accelerate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Enablement & Adoption
- Partner with business users to understand their objectives and help them leverage Foundry capabilities effectively.
- Drive a mindset shift from manual data processing to platform-enabled insights and automation.
- Educate and coach users on how to utilise built-in Foundry tools and features (e.g. data integration, analytics, dashboards, AI-driven insights).
- Act as a subject matter expert for Foundry usage within the business.
Technical & Data Analysis
- Work hands-on with data to support business use cases, including data sourcing, integration, transformation, and analysis.
- Assist users in building dashboards, analytics, and workflows within the platform.
- Identify gaps in data or platform capability and build or design solutions where required.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams when deeper technical support is needed.
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating business needs into platform-enabled solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and guide them through solution design and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and business teams.
- Own problems end-to-end rather than passing them on to other teams.
Continuous Improvement & Platform Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand Foundry usage across the organisation.
- Contribute to the evolution of platform capability as it scales beyond its initial use cases.
- Support the transition of the platform from a niche capability to a core enterprise function.
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience and understanding with Palantir Foundry.
- Strong experience in technical business analysis, data analytics, or platform enablement roles.
- Comfortable working with data, including querying, analysing, and interpreting datasets.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, or AI-enabled systems.
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders in a consultative capacity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
