Customer Service Representative x 15
Talent International is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative x 15 to work for the NSW Government, based in Parramatta. The position is a 4-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The role pays $281.52/ day + Super.
Hours of Work: 7 hours p/d, 35 hours p/w
Primary purpose of the role
Deliver customer-centric resolution services that uphold legislative requirements and organisational standards, supporting fair, timely, and transparent outcomes for consumers and businesses while contributing to a safe and informed marketplace.
Key accountabilities
- Deliver responsive and timely customer-centric resolution services that align with legislative requirements and organisational objectives
- Manage customer interactions and correspondence with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and accurate communication that supports positive customer experiences.
- Apply sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to assess and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex matters appropriately to ensure responsible service delivery.
- Support the development and review of dispute resolution practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective, customer-centric outcomes.
- Use technology and digital tools confidently to manage cases, maintain accurate records, and monitor workflows to meet service standards.
- Support the development of knowledge resources and best practices that strengthen team capability and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across functional areas to provide consistent and high-quality customer resolution services, adapting to changing priorities and service needs.
- Manage competing priorities and workload to meet agreed timeframes and quality standards.
Essential requirements
- Appointment and ongoing assignment may be subject to restrictions and the satisfactory participation in mandatory pre-employment and ongoing probity screening, in accordance with relevant Legislation and/or related policies.
- May be assigned or temporarily assigned to other roles under section 46 of the GSE Act as required to support surge operations across other teams within the division for a specified period, as advised.
