CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

Our client is a well-known Australian organisation undergoing a significant transformation, with renewed investment in marketing and customer engagement. Their CRM function is growing and plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition, retention and loyalty through data-led campaigns.
The role:
This is a hands-on CRM & Marketing Automation role focused on building and executing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work within a collaborative team delivering high volumes of targeted campaigns, with a strong focus on quality, speed and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push channels
- Develop and manage customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Interpret campaign briefs and translate into targeted audience builds
- Support campaign targeting to improve engagement and ROI
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver campaigns
- Contribute to test-and-learn and automation initiatives
Skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in CRM / Marketing Automation roles
- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (essential)
- Experience building journeys, emails and automations (AMPscript required)
- HTML email development capability
- SQL experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with short turnaround times
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
