    Position Overview
    An opportunity is available for an experienced CRM Developer to contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions within a complex government environment. This role focuses on building and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to support critical business functions. Working within a multidisciplinary agile team, you will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions that support organisational outcomes and improve service delivery.


    Key Duties

    • Develop and configure CRM modules, including entities, forms, views, and dashboards
    • Design and implement workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Automate flows
    • Integrate CRM systems with external platforms such as Azure SQL and other enterprise systems
    • Configure and maintain CRM security roles and access controls
    • Support data migration, cleansing, and data quality processes
    • Contribute to technical design documentation and solution architecture
    • Collaborate within an agile project team to deliver high-quality outcomes
    • Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions


    Skills and Experience Required

    • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (including Dataverse, model-driven apps, and Power Automate)
    • Strong capability in developing plugins, workflows, and automation solutions
    • Experience with CRM security models, auditing, and data management practices
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, particularly using Azure DevOps
    • Experience with integrations using APIs, Azure services, and .NET/C# development
    • Understanding of Power Platform governance, environment management, and best practices
    • Proven ability to work effectively in agile environments and manage competing priorities
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and support handover activities
    • Current Baseline security clearance
