Our client:
Our client is a well-established organisation with a national footprint and a high-performing finance function. They are currently undergoing key system and process improvements, creating additional demand within their credit team. This is a collaborative environment with strong leadership and clear processes in place.
The role:
This is a hands-on Credit Officer position joining a team of 10, reporting into a Team Leader within the national credit function. You will support day-to-day accounts receivable activities, contributing to collections, payment allocations, and reconciliations.
The role is initially a 3-month contract due to increased workload and project activity, with potential to convert to permanent for strong performers.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage collections and follow up outstanding debt
- Allocate daily payments and support release of goods
- Perform account reconciliations and process refunds
- Support general AR administration and credit processes
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email
- Assist the team during key system and project initiatives
Skills and experience:
- SAP experience (ECC preferred) – essential
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Payment allocation and reconciliation experience
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Benefits and additional information:

- $45 per hour (take home guideline)
- Fully onsite role based in Chipping Norton
- Standard hours 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility between 7:00am – 5:00pm)
