We are seeking two skilled Copilot AI Developers to support a high-impact Proof-of-Value initiative designed to embed Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across business units. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the adoption of generative AI tools within a forward-thinking government agency, driving productivity, digital innovation, and improved decision-making through intelligent automation.

Your duties will include:

  • Configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot agents tailored to business needs

  • Integrating Copilot with enterprise data sources including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Collaborating with champions and internal networks to promote AI tool adoption

  • Supporting onboarding, training, and communications aligned with a change strategy

  • Ensuring agent configuration meets security, privacy, and ethical standards

  • Participating in benefits realisation, performance benchmarking, and transition planning

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in configuring AI tools and understanding their impact on digital workflows

  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar enterprise AI tools

  • Strong skills in integrating AI solutions with cloud or hybrid infrastructure

  • Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering and generative AI application

  • Ability to support change and transformation in digital environments

  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and privacy considerations in AI deployment
