We have a contract opportunity available for a Graphic Designer / AV Communications role within a WA State Government agency, based in the city. This role offers an exciting chance to produce and enhance video content and graphics, supporting communications initiatives while applying your creative and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit video content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.
  • Develop graphics and visual assets to enhance video footage.
  • Support end-to-end video production, from concept through to final delivery.
  • Mix and edit audio to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Manage time effectively to deliver multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with communication objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in video editing, audio mixing, and video production.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of photography and DSLR cameras.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and graphics workflows.
  • Previous experience within a government communications or creative environment.
