We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the delivery of mid-sized repair projects across residential and commercial portfolios. This is a hands-on role managing contractors, quality, budgets, and customer outcomes across multiple active sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of repair projects ($20k-$150k) across multiple sites
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality delivery standards
  • Build and maintain detailed works schedules and forecasts
  • Manage variations, approvals, and contractor performance
  • Ensure compliance with WHS policies and safety procedures
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience supervising construction or insurance repair projects
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Trade qualification or Certificate IV in Building/Construction Management
  • Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and project delivery
