We’re seeking an experienced Asset & Configuration Lead to support the implementation of a new Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide configuration management frameworks
  • Establish and govern the CMDB as a trusted source of asset and configuration data
  • Define and manage lifecycle processes for configuration items (CIs)
  • Configure and optimise the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform to meet operational and compliance requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders across IT, architecture, cyber security, and business units

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience working as a Configuration Lead/Manager
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Previous experience implementing an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform
  • Demonstrated ability to audit, analyse, and improve data quality
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
