About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced APS6 Co‑Design & Engagement Officer to support the delivery of key engagement initiatives across the organisation. Working under limited direction, you will provide high‑level technical, policy and operational support while leading and facilitating engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders.

This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering co‑design projects, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to broader organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate data analysis and feedback to measure the effectiveness of engagement activities, identifying risks and trends.

  • Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of targeted engagement strategies aligned with organisational frameworks and business plans.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support a wide range of engagement events, forums, and consultations.

  • Support the operationalisation of proactive engagement strategies, including forward planning of events aligned to corporate and divisional priorities.

  • Facilitate co‑design sessions and engagement workshops as required.

Eligibility

  • Australian Citizenship is required.
