We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, procurement and vendor management activities for a large-scale technology transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ICT procurement and commercial activities for complex technology programs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, procurement documentation, contracts and commercial evaluations.
  • Manage vendor engagement, contract negotiations and commercial performance.
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to executives and project leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain procurement pipelines, reporting and governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in commercial management, ICT procurement or strategic sourcing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology procurement programs valued at $50M+.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT contracts, vendor management and government or enterprise procurement frameworks.
  • Prior Government experience would be advantageous
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
