We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of enterprise hybrid cloud infrastructure across private and public cloud environments.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with organisational priorities. You will lead high-performing technical teams while driving innovation across modern infrastructure, automation, and cloud operations.

Working closely with cross-functional technology teams and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping infrastructure strategy and delivering platforms that support large-scale enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Cloud Platform and Delivery teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable culture
  • Oversee and optimise hybrid cloud environments across Amazon Web Services (primarily AWS), Microsoft Azure and private cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure strong governance, security, resilience, and cost efficiency across all platforms
  • Manage the lifecycle and operational performance of private cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, and virtualisation
  • Drive automation, monitoring, observability, and AI-enabled operations to improve reliability and reduce manual effort
  • Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors
