Claims Officer
We’re looking for a Claims Officer to join a collaborative Insurance Operations team, supporting a diverse range of public sector and community organisations. It is a contract role through to end of June 2026.
In this role, you will provide general insurance advice and client support, ensuring clients maintain appropriate cover and receive timely, accurate responses to their enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client insurance enquiries via phone and email
- Support policy administration including renewals, endorsements and new policies
- Maintain accurate client and policy records in internal systems
- Assist with the annual renewal process and other operational activities
- Work closely with internal teams across claims, risk and analytics
About You
- Experience working in the insurance sector with an understanding of insurance principles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
