Claims Coordinator
We are working with a leading organisation within the insurance building and restoration sector to find an experienced Claims Coordinator. This role will manage the end-to-end coordination of claims, ensuring timely delivery, strong customer outcomes, and smooth engagement between insurers, contractors, and internal teams. This role is based in Docklands and will require 5 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and manage claims through internal systems
- Triage claims based on urgency and complexity
- Coordinate estimators, supervisors, and trade contractors for repairs
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process invoices, documentation, archiving, and reporting
- Organise specialist reports and monitor supplier performance
Key Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in claims coordination or administration (insurance/building preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
