Our client is a local city council currently seeking a Civil Engineer to deliver across a range of current/ new projects.

Your new role will see you using your knowledge of planning schemes and permits processes to deliver works across the council. Ideally you will have experience in transport engineering and knowledge of the relevant standards. This role will require someone to hold a current Victorian drivers licence and have the ability to gain a Working with Children’s Check.

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Registration under the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019
  • Knowledge of transport engineering and knowledge
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations in relation to the Road Management Act and Road Safety Rules
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and ability to obtain Working with Children’s Check

Our client is offering an initial 3 month contract with the view to extension. Office are based in Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs.
