We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale File and Backup Infrastructure Refresh program working with a large commercial Airline. This role will lead the end-to-end change strategy for the file and data migration stream, ensuring staff are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all change management activities across the File & Backup Infrastructure Refresh project.

  • Develop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and schedules.

  • Monitor risks, issues, and organisational impacts affecting change adoption.

  • Conduct detailed change and impact assessments related to file and data migration.

  • Identify stakeholders, assess readiness, and build targeted engagement plans.

  • Maintain a stakeholder register and manage expectations across the project lifecycle.

  • Build and execute structured change plans for file and data migration activities.

Required Capabilities

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives in complex programs.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing diverse workforces, including mobile, shift-based, and field staff.

  • Ability to translate technical migration processes into practical communications, training, and adoption strategies.

  • Experince working with a large scale commercial environment, ideally within the Aviation sector.
  • Experience tracking adoption metrics, assessing risks and impacts, and implementing structured change plans.

  • Familiarity with data retention and disposal policies and alignment of migration activities to regulatory and organisational requirements.
