Change Manager - (Digital Transformation)
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a major digital transformation initiative focused on improving customer service delivery, operating models, and organisational alignment across a large enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead change strategy, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities across a complex multi-stream program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational change and business readiness activities across a transformation program
- Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and transition plans
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, and SMEs to drive successful adoption outcomes
- Support leaders through people, process, and technology change
- Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and dependencies across the program
What We’re Looking For
This role requires a strong transformation and technical delivery background not just communications focused change management.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering change within large-scale digital or technology transformation programs
- Strong understanding of organisational, operational, and technology-enabled change
- Experience with business readiness, change impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work across technical, operational, and executive stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change methodologies highly regarded
