A large commercial airline is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major data warehouse migration program. This role will work across enterprise-wide teams to manage the people, process, and operational impacts of significant changes to data storage, access, and retention practices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the end-to-end change strategy for a complex data migration program.

  • Assessing business and operational impacts across corporate, frontline, and shift-based teams.

  • Developing clear, practical communications and training to support diverse, non-desk-based workers.

  • Engaging stakeholders across technology, data governance, and business units.

  • Coordinating readiness, adoption, and go-live support for migration activities.

  • Identifying change risks and dependencies and reporting progress to program leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering change on large-scale data, digital, or technology transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of data migration, data governance or data retention impacts.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for everyday users.

  • Experience supporting dispersed or operational workforces.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
