As the Organisational Change Manager, you will lead the people side of a major transformation, ensuring new ways of working are understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

You will develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and communications that enable teams to embrace an improved data operating model while working closely with senior leaders, governance groups and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational change and adoption activities for the implementation of a new Data Operating Model.
  • Develop compelling change narratives, communication strategies and stakeholder-specific messaging.
  • Build and execute stakeholder engagement and adoption plans across business and technology teams.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and identify adoption risks.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, engagement sessions and leadership forums.
  • Create practical learning materials, playbooks, FAQs, onboarding guides and communication packs.
  • Define engagement processes, service pathways and governance models that support ongoing ways of working.
  • Partner with Data, Technology and Business stakeholders to embed new operating rhythms, decision-making processes and governance practices.
  • Measure adoption, gather feedback and continuously improve change activities throughout the program.

About You

You will bring proven experience delivering organisational change across enterprise technology or data transformation programs and be comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

You’ll also have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives across technology, digital or data transformation programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Strong facilitation experience, including workshops, interviews and adoption sessions.
  • The ability to translate complex operating model concepts into practical, business-focused outcomes.
  • Experience developing communications, training materials, leader packs, FAQs and learning content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
