Our client is looking for a Change Manager to play a key role in a major TechnologyOne implementation. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the organisational change management strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
- Create and execute communication, engagement and change plans across the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with business leaders, project managers and SMEs to drive user adoption.
- Monitor change progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Measure adoption outcomes and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful business transition.
Key Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager on TechnologyOne, ERP or enterprise transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of organisational change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Experience developing change impact assessments, communications and engagement plans.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
