Our client is looking for a Change Manager to play a key role in a major TechnologyOne implementation. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the organisational change management strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
  • Create and execute communication, engagement and change plans across the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers and SMEs to drive user adoption.
  • Monitor change progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Measure adoption outcomes and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful business transition.

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager on TechnologyOne, ERP or enterprise transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Experience developing change impact assessments, communications and engagement plans.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
