Change Manager
This role will focus on driving user adoption, engagement, and change outcomes across a broad portfolio of cyber initiatives, ensuring new processes, technologies, and ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation.
This is a 6-month contract with high likelihood of 12-month extension.
The successful candidate will be working across the entire Cyber portfolio – nature of work is extensive technology change, so more adoption works as opposed to business/org change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change strategies across multiple cyber initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and readiness activities
- Assess change impacts and support business transition planning
- Partner closely with project teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor change effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
- Experience leading change management activities within technology programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations
- Ability to manage multiple streams of change simultaneously
- Understanding of cyber security programs and technology change environments
