Change Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation program focused on customer and technology initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end change activities across digital and operational projects, partnering with stakeholders to drive successful adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Conduct impact assessments and manage change risks
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
- Support large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Skills and experience
- 5+ years’ Change Management experience
- Strong background in digital transformation and technology implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prosci, APMG, or similar certification preferred
- Experience working in Agile environments
