This Government Agency is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a stream of transformational uplift solutions and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
  • Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
  • Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
  • Developer key stakeholder and communication plans

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management
  • Experience in organisational change methods and training technologies and procedures
  • Prior Government experience would be advantageous
  • Experience establishing comprehensive change plan and seeing through the implementation
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex stakeholders
