Change Manager

This Government Agency is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a stream of transformational uplift solutions and initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
- Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
- Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
- Developer key stakeholder and communication plans
You will have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management
- Experience in organisational change methods and training technologies and procedures
- Prior Government experience would be advantageous
- Experience establishing comprehensive change plan and seeing through the implementation
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex stakeholders
