Change Manager
Job Summary / Overview
The Change Manager will support major transformation initiatives focused on warehouse operations and mobile asset rationalisation. This role drives engagement change readiness training and adoption across diverse operational teams. It works closely with project managers and frontline stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and sustained outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change and communications activities across multiple projects
* Develop engagement plans key messages FAQs and feedback mechanisms
* Act as a key contact for frontline teams capturing insights and concerns
* Support definition of future operating models
* Coordinate rollout of digital applications including onboarding and training
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness tracking
* Prepare communication packs presentations and decision papers
* Maintain project documentation and stakeholder maps
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in change management or transformation initiatives
* Experience supporting operational or asset focused projects
Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to translate complex change into clear training materials
* Structured problem solving and high attention to detail
* Comfortable working with Perth based and remote site teams
