
Change Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Change Manager to lead and deliver change management activities for a system implementation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end change initiatives across two concurrent workstreams at different stages of the project lifecycle. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and end-users to ensure successful adoption and realisation of project benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and execute the change management strategy and plans (including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management) for system implementation projects.
- Deliver tailored change plans for two separate initiatives, managing varying stakeholder needs and project phases concurrently.
- Conduct change impact assessments, identify gaps, and manage the business readiness activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units to drive alignment and support change adoption.
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans that effectively convey the nature and benefits of the changes.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in leading change management for system implementation or large transformation projects.
- Experience working hands on implementing in house or external health and asset systems.
- Familiarity with Agile project environments and system implementation methodologies (e.g., ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms).
- Change certification (e.g., Prosci Certified Practitioner, APMG Change Management).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple change initiatives in parallel, particularly at different lifecycle stages.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Experience developing and delivering change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and training approaches.
