Change Lead
We are looking for an exceptional Change Lead to join the Digital Delivery Portfolio for a leading University and take the reins of a large Salesforce Project.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead change strategy, engagement, communication, and training activities to ensure successful technology adoption and user readiness across the University.
This role is more than managing change. It’s about designing and leading an integrated experience that redefines how students connect with their university – and how the university supports every step of their journey.
Key activities
- Lead the change strategy for one of the University’s most ambitious initiatives – the rollout of Salesforce Education Cloud.
- Inspire, support and guide a cross-functional change team of analysts, instructional designers and technical writers to deliver seamless engagement, communications and training.
- Engage with senior leaders and technical teams to translate vision into action, readiness into results, and change resistance into enthusiastic adoption.
- Drive real impact across student experience, staff enablement and organisational capability – while contributing to a broader digital portfolio shaping the future of higher education.
Skills and experience
- Proven success in change leadership across complex digital or enterprise transformations.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and co-designing change strategies.
- Experience leading, supporting and mentoring change professionals in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in designing and implementing training and communications for enterprise-wide changes.
- Prior involvement in Salesforce implementations.
- Previous experience in Agile delivery environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate enterprise tools with ease.
