Change/Corporate Communications role
Initial 6-month contract + Possibility of extension
Adelaide Based Position

One of our clients is looking for a strong communicator to support a major tech transformation program. You’ll play a key role in crafting clear, engaging communication and training materials that support organisational readiness during a large-scale legacy system transition.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in communications, change or transformation roles
  • Excellent writing + ability to simplify complex technical content
  • Strong design skills (PowerPoint, Visio or similar)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and adaptable
  • Experience in large IT transformation programs is a bonus

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver program communication plans
  • Create high-quality comms: emails, updates, intranet content, presentations, FAQs
  • Produce user-friendly training materials and quick reference guides
  • Tailor messaging for different stakeholder groups
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure alignment with governance and branding
  • Support change activities, workshops and stakeholder engagement
