We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to deliver practical change, communication and engagement activities for a major Case Management System implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change management, communication and training activities across the transformation program.
- Conduct change impact assessments and evaluate business readiness for upcoming changes.
- Develop targeted communication and stakeholder engagement plans for different business areas.
- Partner with leaders to manage change impacts, address concerns and support their teams through transition.
- Identify resistance and change-related risks, developing practical mitigation strategies.
Key Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience working as a Change/Communications Manager
- Recent experience supporting a large system implementation with multiple project dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks and tools, including ADKAR.
- Experience developing internal communications, key messages and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
