Change Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Change Assurance Lead to lead end-to-end change assurance activities, including testing coordination, release validation, and deployment readiness assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules aligned to project objectives.
  • Coordinate and participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Support release management processes, including release planning, impact assessments, and go-live readiness reviews.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects, risks, and issues, working closely with technical teams to drive resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing standardised, repeatable assurance and testing processes.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in change assurance, testing, quality assurance, or release management within enterprise ICT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and release validation practices.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, HR/Finance systems, identity management, or infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
