Change and Communications Manager

This leading University is delivering a major Program designed to create a world-class, seamless, and personalised student experience. Building on the success of earlier service improvements, the Program now brings together admissions, service design, and key improvement projects to elevate the entire student journey.

We are currently seeking two Change & Communications Managers to guide stakeholders through this transformation and ensure changes are understood, adopted, and successfully embedded across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver change management strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and implement change initiatives using structured and consistent methodologies.
Identify, manage, and engage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong buy-in.
Assess change impacts, readiness, and learning needs to support successful adoption.
Design and deliver communication plans across multiple channels.
Identify potential resistance and implement strategies to mitigate it.
Develop training and learning support to equip staff with new skills.
Track and report on change KPIs and outcomes to inform decision-making.
Provide tools, resources, and documentation to support ongoing and future initiatives.

Skills and experience:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role working on change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and learning needs assessments.
Proven success uplifting organisational readiness for large, complex technology programs.
Strong stakeholder management and end-user engagement skills.
Experience co-designing change approaches and leading other change practitioners.

Strong communication strategy skills across various channels and styles.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile or design-thinking environment.
Experience with Agile teams, Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce implementations highly regarded.
