
Change and Communications Analyst
The Role
A organisation in the higher education sector is seeking a Change & Communication Analyst to play a key part in the implementation of a new Workforce Scheduling, Time & Attendance system, ensuring accurate staff rostering and compensation across the organisation. This role is an initial contract until Dec 2025 with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Support change planning through stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Develop and deliver engaging communications across email, intranet, presentations, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with HR, project teams, and business units to align change and communication strategies.
- Assist in training and user adoption by creating support materials, guides, and FAQs.
About You
- Experience working on Time & Attendance or workforce scheduling system projects.
- Background in change management and/or internal communications.
- Experience in the higher education sector is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with change methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci is a plus.
