
Change and Comms Manager - Education

Our client who is a well known Education provider is currently on the lookout for an experienced Change and Communications Manager to work on a multi-year digital transformation program.
Prior experience leading change and comms projects in the education sector is mandatory in this instance.
Requirements and responsibilities:
- 5+ years working as a Change and Communications Manager
- Any change management certification is highly regarded
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational shifts.
- Design and execute communication plans that support change initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive change efforts effectively.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, or Prosci methodology
