Change and Adoption Lead Trainer
Talent is currently seeking an ICT Change and Adoption Lead to join a Queensland Government department based in Brisbane, CBD.
Location: Brisbane, CBD
Contract: 12 months
Rate: $750.75 per day inc super (based on 7.6 hour work day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver ICT capability uplift programs, training materials, and user adoption initiatives.
- Create high-quality learning resources including user guides, process maps, training videos, quick reference guides, and communication packs.
- Lead communication and engagement activities to support ICT transformation initiatives.
- Manage and maintain intranet and collaboration sites, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and accessible.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, briefings, training sessions, and readiness assessments.
- Monitor adoption metrics, training effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
- Partner with ICT, business, and program teams to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption of new technologies and processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- 5+ years’ experience in Change Management, Training, Learning & Development, or Adoption-focused roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale digital, ICT, or business transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs and adoption strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Desirable:
- Experience within Queensland Government or other large public sector environments.
- Experience working across digital transformation, ICT, information governance, or organisational change programs.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or similar recognised change qualification.
- Experience supporting multi-stream programs and complex stakeholder environments.
