Key responsibilities

Delivers change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the DIS Program(s). The position assists with managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness

  • Manage and implement change activities for the IT projects to support the Project Manager and to ensure successful implementation of the projects via the application of the DIS Delivery Change Toolset.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers other IT Change Analyst/s and/or Leads and Product owners to assess and analyse the impact of changes across the organisation.
  • Identify and respond to changes to scope to ensure that agreed changes and expected change benefits are clearly articulated and aligned to overall project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.

  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet objectives.

Mandatory requirements

  • Formal qualifications (Degree) in ICT, Business, Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification and substantial relevant experience including exposure to multiple change models.
  • Proven ability to deliver IT change management strategies and programs in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders within both Agile & Waterfall projects.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills, including highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with influence as well as gather stakeholder commitment and support.
  • Self-starter with strong time management & work organisation skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, a variety of stakeholder expectations and influencing and achieving preferred business outcomes.

Please note this role is based in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast.

The role is for a 9 Day fortnight and requires a minimum of three days per week in the Maroochydore office, with flexible work from home arrangements available for the remaining days.
